Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Verdova products are sold on a recurring subscription basis. By completing a purchase, you are enrolling in an automatically renewing subscription and you authorize Verdova to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Please read these terms carefully before ordering.

Recurring charges

Your payment method is charged automatically at the start of each billing period. Charges continue until you cancel. No further action is required from you for a renewal to occur.

Billing frequency and amount

180-count (3-month supply) — billed and shipped every 3 months at $29.99 per shipment.
300-count (5-month supply) — billed and shipped every 5 months at $44.99 per shipment.

The exact interval and amount that apply to your order are shown on the product page and again at checkout before you pay. Prices are in USD and may include applicable taxes and shipping charges. If we change the price of your subscription, we will notify you in advance and you may cancel before the change takes effect.

Deadline to cancel

To avoid being charged for your next shipment, you must cancel or skip at least 24 hours before your next billing date. Your next billing date is shown in your account and in the confirmation email we send after each order.

How to cancel

You may cancel at any time, with no fee and no penalty, by either of the following:

Online — log in to your account and open the Subscriptions section, where you can skip, pause, reschedule, or cancel immediately. This requires no contact with us.
Email — write to support@verdova.com with your full name and order number, and we will process your cancellation.

We do not require you to call, chat, or complete any retention process in order to cancel.

What you can change

From your account you may skip an upcoming shipment, change your delivery frequency, update your payment method or shipping address, pause your subscription, or cancel entirely.

Refunds
